Rachel joined the firm in 2005 and has progressed to become a valued and integral part of the Court of Protection Team.
She helps clients to navigate the lengthy and complicated process of Court of Protection matters including making applications to the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian.
Rachel is appointed as a dedicated case handler to several vulnerable people who need assistance in managing their financial affairs, many of whom still live in the Community. Rachel is attentive and sensitive to her clients’ needs and always makes herself available including visiting them at home and ensuring their assets are safe and managed to their full potential.
Rachel is fully aware that her clients need assistance in all aspects of their lives. As a animal lover herself, in particular, dogs, she is understands how important her clients’ pets are to them and will ensure that they treated as much of a priority as her clients would do so themselves.
She has become very important part of many of her clients’ lives and is proud to have made a positive difference. She is pragmatic and determined and always strives to find solutions for her clients to help them achieve their goals.
Rachel uses her long standing experience in law, which dates back over 30 years, to the benefit of her clients in areas which include commercial and residential property, energy, civil litigation and private client.
