Nina is a Solicitor and Partner of over 20 years experience advising clients on commercial property law. A Legal 500 recognised Lawyer, Nina has acted in multi-million pound acquisitions and development agreements.
She advises on property issues and helps clients through the legal processes by simplifying processes where possible and by listening to what clients need and want and providing advice on that basis.
She has over 20 years of experience in commercial property law in freehold purchases and leases – acting for landlords and tenants – for developers and landowners in promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts. Her clients note her “eye for detail and timely responses”
