Monica is a Solicitor in the Contentious Probate team based in our Leicester Office.
Monica qualified in June 2024 and is experienced in acting for clients in both bringing and defending claims where a will is being challenged, claims for family and dependants where a claim is being made for financial provision and trust disputes after completing a two-year seat in Private Litigation.
Monica is passionate about assisting charities and non-profit organisations after being part of the charity committees at her previous firms and is also a Mental Health First Aider.
