Michelle has over 20 years’ experience acting for private individuals, businesses, pension funds and banks. She advises developers and landowners in relation to development and promotion agreements, conditional contracts and overage arrangements. Michelle also has extensive experience assisting her corporate colleagues with the property aspects of business acquisitions and disposals. She also has experience in the education sector and is also well versed in advising schools on the conversion to academy status.
