
Kamila is a Solicitor acting for clients in two teams, Corporate & Commercial and Employment, based in our Northampton office. Kamila qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
Most recently, Kamila worked in-house for an international automotive corporation in the USA advising on cybersecurity compliance as well as project management setting up a brand-new department within the same business. Prior to that, during her training, Kamila worked in commercial and criminal litigation, personal injury, commercial property and regulatory teams at a local authority. Kamila also has experience in bridging finance acting for lenders.
Kamila graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2018 with First Class Honours Law Degree and proceeded to obtain her LLM Masters in Legal Practice graduating with a distinction in 2020 from Nottingham Trent University.
Kamila combines knowledge of both corporate and employment law to deliver corporate support and effect employee share structures such as EMI schemes, ETO’s and private non-tax incentivised schemes. Kamila also acts for private individuals and companies alike in a wide range of matters including settlement agreements and all stages of a company’s lifespan.
