Jill is the Operations Director and is responsible for developing our quality and LEXCEL systems and for ensuring compliance with them. She is the firm’s Designated Complaints Handler and Data Protection Manager.
Her role brings her into contact with all of our staff and she provides key support to our lawyers to ensure that they can always deliver services to our clients in the way our clients want to receive them.
She used to work as a Customer Service Manager at the Legal Complaints Service so has a full understanding of what clients like and dislike about lawyers and can work with our teams to ensure that our client service is always improving
