Hassan is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team in our Kettering office. Before becoming a trainee solicitor in our legal 500 recognised Commercial Property team, he had gained experience through working as a paralegal in the Social Housing Team where he worked with social landlords and charities advising on onward affordable housing sales of the properties constructed on large residential developments but also assisted senior fee earners on site acquisition through to developments.
At Wilson Browne, Hassan assists senior fee earners acting for private individuals, pension funds, small businesses, national companies, banks ,charities and social landlords on a wide range of legal matters from land acquisitions and developments as well as business leases, sales and purchases, lease renewals and extensions, through to larger commercial property and land transactions.
Hassan graduated from De Montfort University in 2021 with a First Class Honours in Law LLB and went on to complete his Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice together with LLM Masters in Legal Practice graduating in 2022. Hassan is now following the new Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification, due to qualify in 2025.
