Amina is a Paralegal in the Corporate and Commercial team in the Northampton office. She graduated from the University of Northampton in Law and Criminology and is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course with a Masters alongside working as a Paralegal.
Amina provides assistance in various aspects of corporate and commercial matters such as acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements and restructures including management buy ins and buy outs.
Amina believes that the key to approaching all work is to have a thorough understanding of each client’s needs. One of the things she enjoys most about her role is learning new things every day and developing her corporate/commercial knowledge
