Wilson Browne Shines Bright: Celebrating the Outstanding Achievements of Our Star Employees
Reasons to choose Wilson Browne
On Wednesday 20th of November, everyone here at Wilson Browne Solicitors gathered at Kettering Park Hotel to celebrate the talents, dedication, and achievements of our incredible teams.
Kevin Rogers, Chair, opened the ceremony by giving thanks and looking back on the past year, ready to celebrate the firm’s achievements for 2024.
This year, Ika Částka, Senior Partner, who was celebrated for being with the firm for 25 years, took to the stage for the first time to host the evening, celebrating the hard work and dedication of our talented employees.
All of our offices will be celebrated tonight. You all know someone that will be celebrated. I would like to give everyone a mention, everyone an award as you all deserve it. We have had in many ways a great year, and in many ways a challenging year at the same time.
In what has become a new tradition since last year, the years of dedication and hard work were recognised in the long service Wilson Bear badges for all those with 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25+ years of service.
Special mention to our Employee of the Year… Jess Leech who was recognised for
being Wilson Browne through and through, becoming more and more recognised for her expertise, adored by clients, and a trainer herself whilst still focused on her own learning.
This year’s prize included an exclusive street lounge dining experience at Gordon Ramsay Bread Kitchen, Theatre Tickets and a Luxury London Hotel overnight stay for two! Congratulations Jess, enjoy your well-deserved celebration!
This year’s entertainment didn’t fail to impress. Welcoming back Mark Cairns our Mind Reader for the night… and some exceptionally funny Comedy Waiters!
Special thanks were also given to Nick Freeman for the amazing photography and the sound technician DJ Shaun.
With 14 Awards Categories voted by the Partners and staff, there was something for everyone.
