Family Law Solicitor/ Senior Family Law Solicitor - Northampton
We are currently seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join our Family Law Team in Northampton. We are considering individuals with a range of experience, but are ideally looking for someone who is 1 year PQE, up to Senior Associate level. You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion and (if you are coming in at the more senior end) providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members. This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.
Responsibilities:
You will be working on matters including:
- Divorce
- Property and Finances
- Children issues
- Trusts of Land
- Pre/post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Non-molestation applications

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal- Leicester
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team, based at our Leicester office.
Although previous experience in Residential Conveyancing/ using Case Management Systems would be desirable, other suitable candidates will be considered as full training will be given. You will also be IT literate and committed.
Responsibilities…
This is a full and busy role and will include the following:
- Supporting the Team Leader.
- Dealing with initial paperwork.
- Issuing draft contracts.
- Ordering routine property searches.
- Setting up matters for completion.
- General administration.
- Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Supporting other members of the team whenever possible.
- Post completion.
Requirements
You will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Good organisational skills and the ability to work within a busy team is essential.
