Two Top-Tier Commercial Property Deals Completed

Tom assisted Yindu UK (trading as Atosa Catering Equipment UK Ltd) with the purchase of a large unit in Wellingborough. Atosa is amajor manufacturer of commercial refrigeration and “Hot Equipment” for the commercial/public catering and leisure sector.

The 64,000 sq ft, purpose-built unit was desperately needed… which is where Tom came in. Whilst many businesses choose to lease, this transaction was for a double-digit, multi-million pound purchase from Nene Group, that needed Tom’s undivided attention. This started with ‘breaking ground’, through to completion, and all of it done to the client’s specific requirements including fit-out.

A leading supplier in the UK’s lubricant market is Mannol (Lubriage Ltd), which has seen a meteoric rise in the sector. With fast growth comes growing pains – in this case a distinct lack of warehousing space. With demand so high, more space was desperately needed to avoid potential supply chain issues: product sitting on pallets dock-side not only incurs cost, but it was essential to ensure effective and timely distribution to avoid disappointing valued customers.

Tom Warrender was on the case again, helping to get a 150,000 sq ft unit secured from Prologis in Kettering.
