Business Development & Marketing Director
Wayne is an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional having worked in the UK, Europe and Asia for leading law and accountancy firms.
Responsibilities include the firm’s marketing; advertising (online and offline); social media; all digital including SEO and PPC; PR; and business development, as well as overseeing the firm’s CSR activities.
He is involved in many aspects of the business, including client care across the business, as well as having a client-facing BD role. Additionally, he participates in various sector-led forums and is in close contact with the Northamptonshire Chamber Of Commerce; he regularly supports other local businesses and schools by willingly giving help and advice on Marketing and Advertising matters.
Wayne and his team have been instrumental in securing numerous awards for the firm from the Law Society of England & Wales for excellence in Marketing & Communications; he has been pivotal in the firm securing Northamptonshire Law Society Law Firm/Large Law Firm Of The Year in 2015, 2017/2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022; a DBA (Design Business Award) plus other notable achievements.
